You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
Once your items ship, you’ll get a tracking email with your USPS orUPS info.
You can also check the status anytime via your Account> Order History.
Orders may be canceled within 72 hours of purchase or before production begins, whichever comes first. After this window, all sales are final.
Because each piece is handmade to order, production is scheduled in advance and materials are allocated shortly after an order is placed. For this reason, cancellations are not accepted after the 72-hour window.
If a cancellation is approved within the 72-hour window, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Once the refund has been processed on our end, we’re unable to speed up or track your bank’s processing time, please contact them directly for updates.
If your address is incorrect or needs updating, contact us as soon as possible. If it’s after the order has shipped but not yet returned, we may be able to redirect, depending on the carrier.
All items are handmade to order and ship in batches.
USA customers shipped via USPS:
- Standard/Free shipping: 3-5 business days
- Priority shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express shipping: 1-2 business days
Free shipping only applies to USA customers.
International customers shipped via UPS:.
- Worldwide Expedited: 2-5 business days
- Worldwide Express: 1-3 business days by noon
- Worldwide Saver: 1-3 business days
International customers shipped via USPS:
- First Class International: 7-21+ business days
- Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days
- Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 business days
Note: Shipping speed does not impact processing. Shipping time is added after the scheduled shipping date listed at checkout.
International orders cannot be modified after checkout due to shipping weight calculations and customs declarations. Additional items must be placed as a separate order.
European Union (EU) & United Kingdom (UK) Customers
HoneiiBeth does not offer direct shipping to countries within the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK).
Customers in these locations may place an order using a package forwarding service that provides a U.S. shipping address. Orders shipped to a forwarding address are considered delivered once accepted by the forwarding service.
HoneiiBeth is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or missing packages after delivery to the forwarding service. Any additional shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or forwarding charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees and import fees are two separate cost.
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in your country.
- Duties & Taxes: HoneiiBeth ships orders DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and does not collect or estimate VAT, duties, or taxes. Any additional charges must be paid by you to clear customs.
- Customs Information: Contact your local customs office for details on your country’s policies.
Refused or Returned Orders:
- If a package is refused, marked undeliverable, or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and reshipping costs.
- If you choose not to have your order reshipped, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
All items handmade and shipped from Virginia. Delivery time will vary depending on your location and post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier.
Sometimes packages take an unexpected detour and are returned to us. Common reasons include:
- Missing or incomplete address details
- Package not claimed
- Refusal due to customs charges
- Damage to the package or shipping label during transit
- Recipient moved
- Undeliverable as addressed
- Customs restrictions or prohibited items
Orders returned for any of the reasons listed above are treated as returned-to-sender shipments and fall under the policy.
If your order is returned, we can resend it to the same or a different address once the new shipping invoice is paid.
⚠️ If your tracking shows “Return to Sender,” please contact us as soon as possible.
Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refused / Undeliverable Packages

Eligible Items
Unworn, unwashed tops, bottoms, and bodysuits in original condition with tags attached.
Ineligible Items
Harnesses, garter belts, leg garters, accessories, custom items, and all sample sale or final sale pieces.
Return Process
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
- Once approved, the return must be shipped within 5 business days of approval.
- Returns not shipped within this timeframe will be voided.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- Tracking is required for all returns.
Condition Requirements
Due to the nature of festival wear, all items must be returned in original condition.
Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, odors, or event attendance will be rejected.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are issued as store credit only. A digital gift card will be sent to the email used at checkout.
- Exchanges are limited to size swaps only and take approximately 3–4 weeks to process.
- Exchange orders are shipped via standard shipping.
- Items received through an exchange are final sale and not eligible for further return or exchange.
- Returns and exchanges are limited to one per order.
Additional Notes
- Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- Slight color variations due to screen settings and lighting are normal and not considered defects.

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the approval status.
If approved:
- Returns are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card sent to the email on file
- Exchanges (size swaps only) are processed within 3–4 weeks
- Items received through an exchange are final sale
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are nonrefundable
- Items that do not meet return conditions may be rejected
- Only one coupon code can be used per order.
- Codes can’t be stacked or combined with ongoing sales or promos.
- Do not soak your pieces, this can damage chains, crystals, and rhinestones.
- For most items, hand wash gently in cold water using a mild detergent.
- Harnesses should be spot cleaned only with a damp cloth.
- Do not bleach, tumble dry, or wring out.
- Do not get fur trim wet, it may become matted or lost texture.
- Lay flat or hang to air dry. Avoid heat and excessive friction to preserve delicate details.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Afterpay.
If your payment isn’t going through, double-check your billing address or try another method.
- Our glitter elastic has a textured finish that can feel slightly itchy or touch in sensitive skin. If you’re sensitive to texture, opt for our plain elastic options instead.
- O-rings are made from a nicke, iron, and zinc alloy
- Rainbow rings are only available in one size and finish.
- Chains are made from lightweight aluminum and/or iron materials depending on design.
Please note: Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your monitor due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and materials in person.
We use a variety of glass and resin rhinestones/crystals depending on the piece.
- Rhinestone color will be matched as closely as possible to your fabric/elastic and overall design.
- Styles, shapes, and placement may vary slightly depending on what’s available at the time of production.
- Please avoid pulling, excessive rubbing, or machine washing, this can loosen or damage embellishments over time.
Each piece is handmade and may have minor variations, but the sparkle is always guaranteed.
We offer a one-time complimentary repair/replacement for chain. This does not apply to sample sale items.
Non-repairable components (including rhinestone attachments) cannot be repaired or replaced if damaged during wear.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
